| 1919 |
Foundation of joinery by Martin Schütz (father-in-law of the current senior partner Hans Weimann) in Biberach near Heilbronn. 1921: first record in the guild roll.

| 1948 |
Hans Weimann joins the company and the company is renamed “Schütz & Weimann”

| 1960 |
From the end of the 1950s/start of the 1960s onwards, there was a discovery of and introduction of “arch production” as a market niche and a gradual specialization in the production of doors, focusing initially on traditional stylish doors and round arched doors in particular.

| 1977 |
Sons Wolfgang and Gerhard Weimann join the company as managing directors of “Weimann GmbH”, expansion and further development of specialist door manufacturing .

| 1987 |
Senior partner Hans Weimann leaves the company, complete handover of company to the sons, new outward image under “Weimann door & form” .

| 1988 |
Start of the development of a new modern door series under the name “ComTür – complete doors & accessories”, expansion of door sales in Germany and neighboring countries (e.g. Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg).

| 1990 |
Increased expansion of ComTür product line through innovative and creative door ideas, many of which have been protected by property rights such as patents etc.

| 1992 |
Building of first production hall on the Böllinger Höfe industrial estate in Heilbronn.

| 1997 |
Add-on of second production hall, the administration wing and the large door exhibition and change of name to “ComTür-Zentrale Weimann GmbH”
 
Senior partner Hans Weimann celebrates 50 years in the trade

Celebration of “10 years of ComTür”, redesigning of ComTür logo with key message “Doors for life”.
